Director of Academic and Operational Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure the financial health of the campus by implementing strategies for the efficient use of financial, material, and human resources.
• Manage the campus investment budget and prepare budgets according to established institutional standards.
• Perform monthly comparative analyses against the budget and provide reliable financial reports for decision-making.
• Ensure the institution complies with all tax, legal, and social security obligations in a timely manner.
• Manage campus investment plans and select projects that generate value for students.
• Oversee operational and administrative activities to ensure they support the development of student competencies and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience planning and executing OPEX and CAPEX projects.
• Strong decision-making and critical analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with high-level executives, business leaders, and stakeholders.
• High focus on results and effective, assertive communication skills.
