Director of Academic and Operational Services

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Irapuato campus to manage academic and operational services.
• Oversee academic services including Library, School Administration, and Institutional Effectiveness.
• Manage operational services such as Infrastructure, Security, IT, Food Services, and Procurement.
• Elaborate and execute the annual budget for the Academic and Operational Services Directorate.
• Plan and execute OPEX, CAPEX, and IDS investment projects to ensure optimal campus facilities.
• Serve as the legal representative (apoderado legal) for the campus before competent authorities.
• Ensure compliance with national initiatives regarding security, sustainability (Ruta Azul), and service standards.
• Support the Campus Leadership Team with administrative decision-making and data analysis.

Requirements

• Professional degree in administrative or financial areas.
• 4-6 years of experience in administrative, financial, or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Intermediate English proficiency (minimum 500 TOEFL points).
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
