Director - Nightlife Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership for the Greek Restaurant, Nightclub, and Beach Club
• Drive operational excellence across food, beverage, service, and entertainment delivery to ensure brand integrity
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for peak periods
• Ensure high-touch service for VIPs, high-value gaming guests, and luxury leisure travelers
• Collaborate with Entertainment, Marketing, Culinary, and Finance teams to align on programming and promotions
• Monitor performance through KPIs, guest feedback, and financial reporting to implement continuous improvements
• Manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control costs to optimize profitability
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multicultural management and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing, health and safety standards, and internal policies

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in F&B operations, nightlife, beach clubs, or luxury hospitality
• Proven track record managing high-volume, experience-driven venues
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Deep understanding of luxury F&B service standards and experiential entertainment concepts
• Proficiency in operational systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to the UAE context
