Director, Network Systems Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud migrations and enterprise infrastructure transformations, including M&A integrations and carve-outs.
• Oversee network engineering, cloud architecture, and global transformation programs across multi-site physical environments.
• Manage diverse technical teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving delivery excellence and innovation.
• Design and implement secure network architectures using Zero Trust access patterns and advanced firewall policies.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Partner with business leaders and external partners to influence technical strategy and manage complex stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or engineering.
• 6+ years of diversified leadership experience managing people and complex programs.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migrations or enterprise infrastructure transformations.
• Direct experience with GCP infrastructure (VPC, Cloud Interconnect, GKE, Cloud SQL) or equivalent AWS/Azure expertise.
• Deep expertise in network design principles (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, BGP, VPN, and Cloud Networking).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git-based change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data in the drug supply chain or commercial healthcare/pharma domains.
• Experience managing global transformation programs within a large-scale corporate footprint.
• Expertise in security frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or NIST.
