Director, Navigation Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of program activities, including managing workflows, developing resources, and overseeing daily operations and spending.
• Oversee data collection, develop reports, and lead program evaluations to identify areas for process improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and consultants to maximize program utilization.
• Provide guidance, coordination, and oversight to ensure the team remains aligned with program goals and functions effectively.
• Direct initiatives to support the adoption and integration of oncology navigation, including workforce development and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating public health or patient care programs.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient navigation principles and cancer care delivery.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
