About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and growth plans for assigned national account customers within the Air & Water Solutions Pro channel.
  • Develop customer-specific business plans to drive revenue, market share, and category penetration in HVAC and plumbing sectors.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across strategic customer organizations.
  • Lead complex negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, rebate programs, and partnership agreements.
  • Deliver annual sales, revenue, margin, and operating plan commitments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on customer priorities.
  • Drive business operating rhythms, including internal alignment cadences and business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales, commercial leadership, or national account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic or national customer relationships in complex environments.
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and executive influencing skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, water heating, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of Pro Distribution and contractor channel dynamics.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic account growth and customer business planning.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate large, complex customer organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced strategic planning capabilities.
