Responsibilities

• Develop staff, lead projects, and control the deployment of resources using management tools and methods
• Set direction and expectations for teams, including defining training plans and transferring expert knowledge
• Contribute to business plans, establish risk/contingency plans, and address issues with urgency
• Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, infrastructure departments, and external contacts
• Deliver data-driven insights into Client Asset Protection's risk profile using automation and Power tools

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing teams, enhancing controls, and reducing operational risk
• Ability to effectively analyze large data sets and visualize insights using Power BI and other automation tools
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to think commercially regarding operational budgets
• Must obtain Series 99 license if supervising a covered function
