Director

Responsibilities

• Monitor various exceptions to highlight potential disclosure obligations across US, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions
• Ensure accurate regulatory filings by building a detailed understanding of exception types and security transactions
• Work to tight daily deadlines to fulfill regulatory requirements including short position and shareholder disclosures
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce the risk of regulatory breaches
• Maintain close communication with dedicated compliance teams and provide support to team members
• Acquire and apply intricate knowledge of firm systems, data sources, and North American regulations

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory reporting, operational risk, compliance, or control teams
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret results in a business context
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and team management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
• Knowledge of global markets and market regulations is highly beneficial
