Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new business relationships to drive studio growth
• Ensure the overall financial performance and profitability of the studio
• Lead project negotiations, prepare offers, and close new deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead strategic design discussions
• Inspire design teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions
• Mentor and guide employees to help them achieve their professional potential
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and team allocations
• Promote a creative studio environment through learning and development workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture and design
• Proven expertise in both the commercial and residential sectors
• Demonstrated proficiency in business development and project delivery
• Strong skills in contract review, technical guidance, and financial planning
• Experience in industry networking and relationship management
• Ability to travel for client meetings and business development purposes
