Director, Merchandising Women's

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and execute merchandising strategies across all Women's categories to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead seasonal buy campaigns in Paris and London, acting as the Americas expert for all Women's categories.
• Assort product lines in alignment with HQ guidelines to meet regional needs and financial targets.
• Build 360-degree product strategies and departmental budgets encompassing go-to-market, deliveries, and space allocation.
• Partner with Planning to develop store-level plans by subcategory and evaluate performance against targets.
• Analyze sales and stock levels to maximize efficiency, drive sell-through, and manage in-season replenishment.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for collection launches, floor sets, and window planning.
• Provide seasonal product training and support product launches in partnership with Retail Excellence teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6-8 years of luxury retail buying experience at a Manager level or higher.
• Proven experience in Women's RTW; experience with Shoes and Accessories is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and high retail math proficiency, including OTB management and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, Board, or Business Objects.
• Experience managing direct reports with a strong coaching mindset.
