Director, Medical Education Administration

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the medical education curriculum.
• Manage the implementation of the curriculum in collaboration with course directors and the curriculum committee.
• Lead process management and improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the curriculum operations team.
• Oversee the Medical Education budget, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Optimize system utilization for platforms such as Canvas, Oasis, and ExamSoft.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience in performance and process improvement.
• Experience in change management and Lean implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
