About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovation and excellence in media planning and strategy
- Provide strategic leadership based on in-depth knowledge of client businesses
- Act as a liaison between partner agencies, media partners, and client teams
- Manage and mentor team members, including performance reviews and work distribution
- Participate in new business development
- Explain media theories and technology to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in media planning
- Experience in integrated cross-channel media planning
- Vertical experience in financial, banking, or wealth management is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape
- Ability to manage and mentor teams
- Strong listening and communication skills
