About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overarching marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets and long-term growth objectives
- Shape portfolio positioning, segmentation strategy, and value propositions across customer segments
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product introductions and strategic initiatives
- Oversee market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
- Own marketing performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and ROI analysis
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Lead and develop a marketing manager to support RLS activities
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10–12+ years of progressive marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level strategic marketing initiatives
- Experience owning portfolio strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market planning
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience managing and developing teams
