Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the centralized marketing technology stack, including vendor strategy and financial accountability
• Leading the integration of autonomous AI workflows to eliminate technical debt and automate campaign execution
• Establishing macro operational cadence, including planning cycles and QBRs
• Designing and deploying scalable working models and cross-functional processes
• Driving rigorous data governance, including data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations leadership
• Expertise in MarTech stack management and technical data governance
• Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows
• Proven expertise in designing scalable infrastructure and cross-functional working models
• Deep technical fluency in data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration
