About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the full marketing function, including brand, growth, product marketing, and communications
- Define and drive a division-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals
- Own and evolve the brand voice to ensure consistent, compelling messaging
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, search, social, content, and events
- Build lifecycle marketing programs to reduce churn and expand customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product teams on feature launches, pricing, and product-led growth initiatives
- Build and optimize scalable marketing reporting infrastructure using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Partner with Sales and Operations to define lead definitions, attribution models, and success metrics
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented marketing team
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee the marketing technology stack
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or professional services technology
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing teams
- Proven success in branding and growth marketing, specifically with self-serve and transactional models
- Experience partnering with Product teams on launches and product-led growth (PLG)
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency (CAC/LTV, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement)
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including campaign architecture and attribution modeling
- Exceptional storytelling ability and high standards for design and visual identity

- Domain knowledge in legal tech or professional services (law, HR, accounting, or fintech)
