Responsibilities

• Refine and protect the Group14 and SCC55® story across B2B channels
• Coordinate messaging across U.S., South Korea, and Germany hubs
• Position executive leadership as definitive voices on silicon battery technology
• Work with legal and executive teams to communicate impact to government stakeholders
• Manage external vendors and support communications regarding government grants and partnerships
• Provide coaching to executives for high-stakes communications and interviews
• Build frameworks for managing reputation risks during global scaling
• Foster a unified culture across global factories in partnership with People & Culture

Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate communications or marketing
• Experience in deep-tech, energy, or advanced manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, or Business
• Experience in both public and private company environments
• Experience managing communications for companies with international manufacturing footprints
• B2B marketing specialization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience with South Korean or German business culture
