Responsibilities
- Drive execution and alignment of commercial strategic plan to hit revenue, profitability, and company objectives
- Define and shape go-to-market strategy and commercialization initiatives, including customer journeys
- Drive awareness, market adoption, and identify growth opportunities through market insights
- Lead Commercial Launch plans including positioning, messaging, branding, and KOL strategy
- Manage integrated marketing channels such as digital, conferences, and social media
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals
- Gather competitive intelligence and lead response plans
- Spend time in the field to build relationships with sales leaders and key physicians
- Define KPIs to measure customer preference and retention
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience in FDA regulated product management and commercialization
- Experience in downstream marketing within medical device, diagnostics, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience
