Director Marketing/Business Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational implementation of marketing, communication, and sales activities.
• Drive sustainable new customer business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Actively maintain existing customer relationships and establish new strategic customer contacts.
• Support order intake within both national and international environments.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external business advisors, including conducting compliance checks.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the security or defense sector.
• Proven track record of working with military/procurement authorities and international armed forces (preferably naval).
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong intercultural competence, professional presence, and excellent communication skills.
• High level of negotiation and closing strength.
