About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and deliver the End-to-End Execution Excellence track, shaping the learning strategy and roadmap for U.S. marketers.
- Translate omnichannel, customer journey, and MarTech workflows into practical curriculum, including role-based journeys, playbooks, and job aids.
- Shape the track’s annual strategic roadmap, priorities, and investment plans to address capability gaps.
- Embed AI expertise into marketer execution enablement by translating priority AI use cases into practical guidance and workflows.
- Accelerate training for Commercial in Command (CoCo) by creating scalable learning journeys and templates for brand adoption.
- Establish OKRs and KPIs to measure adoption and application, using performance signals to iterate the roadmap.
- Partner with other Track Leads to ensure cross-track curriculum cohesion, shared standards, and a consistent learner experience.
- Facilitate live trainings and webinars as a subject matter expert, tailoring content to real-world workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated U.S. marketing expertise with fluency in MarTech applications used to plan, create, and measure omnichannel campaigns.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale learning or capability initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in omnichannel strategy and customer journey execution.
- Experience with CoCo (Commercial in Command) or scaling similar execution-based ways of working.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills within a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-scale capability programs, curriculum strategy, or role-based enablement.
- Strong measurement mindset with the ability to use adoption and performance insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to lead external partners and influence investment choices to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
