Director, Market Access Deal Analytics

Responsibilities

• Conduct robust analytics to support business cases for the Pricing Terms Committee
• Support development of contracting language to meet business intent
• Lead analytics strategy for payer contracting, coverage optimization, and engagement
• Analyze claims data to understand coverage dynamics and formulary behavior
• Design modeling frameworks for formulary negotiations and GTN investment optimization
• Build predictive tools to estimate the influence of payer policies on therapy adoption
• Integrate payer analytics into National Account pull-through strategies
• Report payer and PBM contract performance to Executive Leadership
• Construct scenario-based forecasting models for revenue and patient access
• Partner with Finance and GTN teams to refine accruals
• Collaborate with Forecasting, Commercial Operations, HEOR, and Data Science teams
• Identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure and automate insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics
• Deep experience in market access, pricing, or payer strategy
• Proven track record supporting product launches via access analytics
• Proficiency in large-scale healthcare datasets (claims, syndicated, longitudinal)
• Expertise in PBM/Payor contract language and GTN modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to develop predictive models using machine learning or regression
• Ability to work on-site in New York City (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD)
• Background in CNS therapeutic areas or specialty/rare disease domains
