Director, Manufacturing Operations Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate teams across multiple manufacturing areas, including Production Engineering, Process Development, Operations, Planning, and Materials Supply
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient production and resource management
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, and enhanced associate engagement
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Practice (GxP) regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and rigorous quality control
• Lead strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives and operational efficiency
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure all associates complete required training and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 10 years of relevant professional experience
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production leadership
• Experience working in an aseptic or clean room environment
