Director, Manufacturing Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the COO and manufacturing leadership team
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with manufacturing and business objectives
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations
• Oversee detailed financial analyses including cost variance and production efficiency
• Lead Program Accounting efforts
• Monitor KPIs related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and supply chain
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across labor, materials, and overhead
• Evaluate and prioritize capital investment opportunities and lead financial due diligence
• Partner with plant managers and supply chain leaders to improve operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance
• Focus on manufacturing or supply chain operations
• Proven track record of driving cost optimization
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and capital projects
• Ability to travel occasionally to manufacturing and supply chain locations

• MBA
• CPA
