About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site strategies, goals, and objectives to drive manufacturing effectiveness.
- Oversee the site project portfolio, process excellence programs, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with the Consumer Health Supply Chain to identify and implement Operational Excellence opportunities.
- Optimize the project portfolio in coordination with the PMO to maximize benefits and mature digital capabilities.
- Facilitate the Process Excellence Program to improve systems, eliminate waste, and increase employee engagement.
- Act as an internal consultant to influence decision-making and drive end-to-end business KPIs.
- Lead crisis management situations and serve as the Site Leader in their absence.
- Represent the site in regional and global governance meetings and with external manufacturing associations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence senior management.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver results and managing organizational design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- Experience in Director-level QA, MST, or Operations roles.
- Six-Sigma or Lean certification (Black Belt or Green Belt highly preferred).
- PMP or other Project Management Certification.
- Strong data visualization, analytical, and statistical tool knowledge.
