About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute site strategies, goals, and objectives to drive manufacturing effectiveness.
  • Oversee the site project portfolio, process excellence programs, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with the Consumer Health Supply Chain to identify and implement Operational Excellence opportunities.
  • Optimize the project portfolio in coordination with the PMO to maximize benefits and mature digital capabilities.
  • Facilitate the Process Excellence Program to improve systems, eliminate waste, and increase employee engagement.
  • Act as an internal consultant to influence decision-making and drive end-to-end business KPIs.
  • Lead crisis management situations and serve as the Site Leader in their absence.
  • Represent the site in regional and global governance meetings and with external manufacturing associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence senior management.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver results and managing organizational design.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in Director-level QA, MST, or Operations roles.
  • Six-Sigma or Lean certification (Black Belt or Green Belt highly preferred).
  • PMP or other Project Management Certification.
  • Strong data visualization, analytical, and statistical tool knowledge.
