About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the Loyalty Strategy P&L and take full ownership of key segments
- Set annual plans and long-term strategies to achieve program objectives and profitable growth
- Mobilize cross-functional teams across merchandising, tech, and creative to maximize membership growth
- Own the complete lifecycle for new features and strategies using customer insights and AI
- Lead a comprehensive analytics agenda to solve complex marketing problems
- Build and mentor high-performing direct and indirect teams
- Partner with Product and Technology leadership to integrate loyalty objectives into corporate strategy
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in marketing or program management in a high-growth environment
- Prior P&L ownership of a consumer-facing program
- Proven ability to plan on a 12-month+ horizon with a test-and-learn mindset
- Strong analytical acumen and experience steering technical analytics partners
- BA/BS in a quantitative field (Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience in retail or e-commerce
- Direct experience with loyalty programs
