About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the loyalty partnership strategy
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across travel, financial services, lifestyle, and digital platforms
- Lead negotiations for high-value partnerships and co-branded card opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Digital, and Operations for partnership launches
- Monitor partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead and develop the Loyalty Partnerships team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Hotel Management (MBA preferred)
- 6-8+ years of experience in Partnerships, business development, or sponsorships
- Strong experience within EMEA markets
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing commercial partnerships
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across APAC markets
- Experience working in international and matrix organizations
