About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of high-impact Distribution and Transportation projects valued between $10M and $50M across the Americas.
- Architect and lead regional supply chain initiatives to drive D2C transformation and optimize operational costs.
- Develop robust project business cases and maintain rigorous control over quality, cost, scope, and timelines through data analytics.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing regional project management team of four members across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
- Manage end-to-end project realization, including financial budgets, resource allocation, and IT infrastructure integration.
- Establish tracking frameworks to manage risk and provide transparent communication to executive stakeholders.
- Drive project hyper-care following GoLive to ensure successful handover to internal customers via established RACI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Transportation.
- 8+ years of experience managing and leading professional teams.
- Proven experience contributing to significant logistics projects such as warehouse automation or extensions.
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management methodologies (PMP/PMI certification highly preferred).
- Expert-level user of SAP (ECC, S/4, EWM), Power BI, and Visio.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel extensively (averaging 30-35% annually) for on-site project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Spanish for regional collaboration across North America.
- Deep understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.
