Director - Listings & Ecosystem Development

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Ecosystem to co-own client relationships and drive business development.
• Provide support for live deals, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Produce market research and analysis on various aspects of the crypto ecosystem.
• Support the development of new services geared towards developers and early-stage startups.
• Manage client relationships, including contracting, administrative tasks, and billing.
• Act as an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo's suite of products, including custody, trading, and DeFi.
• Drive and manage client requests and initiatives across trading, lending, operations, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market trends, including L1, L2, DeFi, GameFi, and DePIN.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in San Francisco or New York City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with coin foundations, token projects, or Venture Capital firms.
• Prior experience working within a startup environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets, custody, prime brokerage, lending, or trading.
