About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth for all VSG Americas light-duty products and brands through effective channel and pricing strategies.
  • Lead and support light-duty equipment activities, including independent sales representatives, technical sales teams, and field sales.
  • Develop annual sales and profitability targets aligned with the company Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Manage the light-duty sales annual operating budget and ensure compliance with allocations.
  • Oversee key account activity related to government contracts (federal, state, and local).
  • Identify alternative sales channels and customer segments to expand market penetration.
  • Support the development and execution of digital platform tools such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Supervise department employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field.
  • 7+ years of experience in light-duty lift sales.
  • Proven experience in government contract management.
  • Experience in field sales, leadership, or regional management.
  • Extensive experience with distribution and independent representative selling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (AS400 or Oracle) and Salesforce.com.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel.
