Director, Life & Annuity Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure all activities are consistent with company goals, guidelines, and culture
• Monitor trends and evolve strategy to meet changing customer expectations
• Participate in collaborative panels with Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Finance to drive business results
• Develop and maintain productivity and quality standards through audit and review mechanisms
• Motivate and coach teams to meet service goals and increase productivity while driving down unit costs
• Focus on employee development, succession, and career planning through coaching

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in Annuity/Life Operations
• Four-year college degree with a strong academic record
• Working knowledge of insurance operations
• Proven ability to lead people and strategic initiatives
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Ability to travel between campuses

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced education (Master's degree)
