Director, Lending Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new lending opportunities by partnering with internal stakeholders
• Analyze client needs and objectives through qualitative and quantitative data
• Develop pitch book presentations and proposals to recommend innovative strategies
• Tailor lending solutions to optimize client needs while meeting risk requirements
• Participate in structuring, negotiating, and executing lending transactions
• Partner with senior specialists to guide clients through the financing process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth loan processing and servicing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing lending or wealth management
• Proven track record in sales and relationship management
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Solution-oriented and self-directed mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Prior experience as a relationship manager at major auction houses or galleries
• Interest or curiosity in art and luxury objects
