Responsibilities

• Negotiate contractual terms on behalf of agents for coaching and executive client contracts
• Conduct in-depth employment contract research and analysis across NFL, NCAA, and other sports verticals
• Perform client and industry research and data analysis to inform deal strategy
• Develop tailored, client-specific materials to support recruiting efforts
• Draft and negotiate client representation agreements
• Assist with dispute resolution efforts as needed

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2–5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to leverage AI tools in a professional setting
• High level of discretion with confidential information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier law firm
• Background in sports or entertainment law
