About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead talent management and succession planning strategy
- Build and scale talent development programs including onboarding and leadership development
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to execute talent reviews and development plans
- Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Implement inclusive and equitable talent practices to strengthen internal mobility
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling talent management in high-growth environments
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
