About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead talent management and succession planning strategy
  • Build and scale talent development programs including onboarding and leadership development
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to execute talent reviews and development plans
  • Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and ROI
  • Implement inclusive and equitable talent practices to strengthen internal mobility

  • Experience building and scaling talent management in high-growth environments
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Proven experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
