Director, LATAM Market Commercial Organization People Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Organization (PO) for the Commercial Organization (CO) in the LATAM Market, overseeing both People Partner responsibilities and Country PO teams
• Act as a key advisor to executive management, influencing strategic business direction and supporting Market and Country Managing Directors
• Drive key people initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion
• Oversee PO fundamentals including organization design, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and executive recruiting
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners to support country-level leadership
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement holistic people plans and drive organizational transformation

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering experience
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing organizational change initiatives and developing global workforce plans
• Strong executive coaching skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
