About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of front-line leaders and account executives
- Partner with Account Executives on complex deals and customer negotiations
- Work cross-functionally with CS, marketing, and product to drive upmarket growth
- Deliver presentations to C-level executives and executive sponsors
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and opportunity forecasting
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the Mid-Market segment
- Use data to support strategic direction and communicate key trends to stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales management experience
- 3+ years managing an enterprise or named account team
- 2+ years leading front-line sales managers
- Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise accounts
- Experience with complex sales cycles involving RFPs, legal modifications, and security assessments
- Deep understanding of SaaS and sales economics
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies
- Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate workflows
