Director, Large Enterprise Sales

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and lead a team of front-line leaders and account executives
• Partner with Account Executives on complex deals and customer negotiations
• Work cross-functionally with CS, marketing, and product to drive upmarket growth
• Deliver presentations to C-level executives and executive sponsors
• Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and opportunity forecasting
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the Mid-Market segment
• Use data to support strategic direction and communicate key trends to stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of sales management experience
• 3+ years managing an enterprise or named account team
• 2+ years leading front-line sales managers
• Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise accounts
• Experience with complex sales cycles involving RFPs, legal modifications, and security assessments
• Deep understanding of SaaS and sales economics
• Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company
• MarTech industry experience
• AI fluency to streamline workflows and accelerate exploration
