About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a regional team of Lakebase Sales Specialists
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual consumption and booking targets
- Build pipeline for application modernization and database consolidation opportunities
- Coach specialists on deal strategy, technical qualification, and executive engagement
- Partner with account teams, sales leadership, product, and engineering
- Run developer and platform sales motions across the region
- Support strategic customer engagements and architecture workshops
Requirements
- Enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platform, or database sales experience
- Direct management of enterprise sales or specialist teams
- Experience scaling new product lines or specialized GTM motions
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, real-time systems, and distributed applications
- Proven selling experience with CIOs, CTOs, architects, and platform teams
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
