Director, IT Procurement & Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Create, refresh, and implement category strategies for assigned IT sub-categories
• Lead high-profile negotiations with large enterprise supplier partners to deliver commercial benefits
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Manage senior-level stakeholder expectations by providing market insights and commercial knowledge
• Establish performance-based professional service agreements for Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, and Data/Analytics
• Manage key supplier relationships to ensure performance, continuous improvement, and contract compliance
• Develop and maintain tools and procedures for effective contract management
• Oversee the contract change process to manage risks and ensure all terms are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management
• 7-10+ years of technology procurement experience
• Proven experience in contract and supplier management, specifically with global offshore Managed Services Providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior management

• Advanced degree such as a JD, MBA, or MS
