Responsibilities

• Lead global IT operations to engineer a fast, frictionless, and scalable workplace for thousands of employees.
• Design and implement an innovative technology environment that anticipates future organizational needs.
• Scale IT operations using both human and automated solutions to drive hyper-efficiency.
• Implement robust security-by-design protections and ensure compliance and controls are embedded in all processes.
• Drive cross-functional change and act as a visible, respected leader and collaborator for senior management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team focused on employee experience, productivity, and security.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in IT or Engineering within high-growth environments.
• Deep hands-on experience implementing innovative systems and modern technology.
• Pragmatic judgment regarding architecture and system design, balancing speed, scalability, and security.
• Proven ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to direct system engineering and delivery.
• Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams with a high bar for quality.
• Strong financial analysis skills, business acumen, and experience managing departmental finances.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to build partnerships across the organization.
