Director, IT Core Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of foundational infrastructure services including internal networks, client access, and on-premise infrastructure
• Direct and develop multiple infrastructure domains including WAN, data center interconnects, DNS, compute, and storage platforms
• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps for network, infrastructure, and endpoint services
• Drive adoption of automation, infrastructure-as-code, and AI-enabled operational practices
• Establish operational frameworks for service management, incident response, and change control
• Manage global budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships
• Lead, coach, and develop a global organization of managers and senior engineers

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, networking, or enterprise IT platforms
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading global, distributed teams
• Deep expertise in networking, on-prem infrastructure, or endpoint management
• Proven experience operating large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, and business continuity
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
• Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps and operating models
