Director, IShield Product Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end iShield commercial program across RSA
• Build and manage the iShield sales playbook for positioning and expansion
• Drive the passwordless authentication sales motion and strategy
• Support sales teams in identifying and converting opportunities within the existing customer base
• Help sales teams position iShield against competitors
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Partners, and Sales Operations
• Lead regular pipeline reviews to track iShield opportunities by region, segment, and account
• Improve CRM discipline for iShield opportunities, renewals, and pipeline tracking
• Create and deliver enablement materials including sales decks and competitive positioning
• Build and manage the partner motion for iShield, including onboarding and enablement
• Track program performance and report progress to leadership

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity, GTM programs, sales, or sales enablement
• Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or GTM role
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions
• Proven ability to build and scale sales programs or playbooks
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Proficiency using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to join customer or partner conversations to explain business value
• Strong project and program management skills
