Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the Faculty’s vision by shifting the Institute toward a responsive, entrepreneurial model that balances innovation, academic integrity, and public mission.
  • Translate and commercialize research and expertise in partnership with faculty members, central research offices, and external collaborators.
  • Forge high-impact partnerships with government, public sector, industry, and global institutions.
  • Build and steward a scalable, secure, and inclusive AI-enabled learning ecosystem.
  • Ensure long-term financial sustainability through the development of diversified and well-governed revenue models.

Requirements

  • MBA or an equivalent combination of education and senior-level experience in strategy, finance, entrepreneurship, or venture leadership.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience at the intersection of academia, innovation, commercialization, and digital learning.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with academic IP commercialization, including licensing, spinouts, or consultancy models.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital or AI-enabled learning initiatives at scale.
  • Experience navigating complex academic governance environments and advising senior leadership.
