Responsibilities

• Ensure the long-term health of Isaac’s business as a part of the Senior Leadership team
• Maximize the impact and experience for clients
• Lead and develop teams to reach their maximum potential
• Drive business development strategy and manage client relationships
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines
• Generate new business through project additions and prospecting
• Act as a Project Lead for overall project performance when needed

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting experience or operations leadership
• Experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or complex programs
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams
• Strong organizational change management and project implementation skills
• Structured, process-oriented problem-solving approach
• Ability to travel to client sites during the week
