Director, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition into public markets by institutionalizing the Investor Relations function
• Cultivate and manage deep, long-term relationships with the current investor community
• Proactively manage investor inquiries and keep stakeholders aligned on company direction
• Serve as a key channel for the C-suite, monitoring investor sentiment and market trends
• Direct strategy and content for external financial events, including earnings calls and roadshows
• Interface with analysts and financial institutions to articulate operational scalability and long-term value
• Ensure all reporting cadences and communication protocols meet international capital market standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record in an IR capacity within a high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and global capital market regulations
• Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills for managing complex stakeholder sentiments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or MBA from a top-tier institution
