ARCHIMED is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare. With offices in Europe, the US and Asia, the firm manages $11 billion across its funds, acting as both a strategic and financial partner to healthcare businesses in areas such as Biopharma, MedTech, and Life Science Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Investor Relations to shape fundraising strategy for flagship funds and co-investment vehicles
  • Own the production of institutional-quality fundraising materials including PPM, DDQ, and pitch decks
  • Represent the firm at investor conferences, industry events, and LP meetings
  • Manage a portfolio of global LP relationships across sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, and family offices
  • Oversee quarterly and annual fund reporting and LP servicing including capital calls and distributions
  • Drive the firm's co-investment program and contribute to the evolution of GP-led secondaries and continuation vehicles

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or LP coverage within private equity
  • Proven track record of raising institutional capital at scale
  • Established network of global institutional LP relationships
  • Strong financial acumen including fluency with fund structuring, LPA terms, and performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with IR CRM systems such as Dynamo, Backstop, or Altvia
  • Higher education degree in finance, economics, or business administration
