Director, Investment Grade Credit Trading

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and trading volumes through client interactions and prudent risk-taking in the secondary bond market
• Manage trading inventories and generate revenues in compliance with bank limits and risk profiles
• Support the Debt Capital Markets franchise and deepen client relationships through a customer-focused culture
• Foster new and existing client relationships while cross-selling products across different groups
• Ensure all activities adhere to governing regulations, internal policies, and business controls, including AML and conduct risk
• Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Ability to meet NFA Swap Proficiency requirements within 30 days of hire
• Strong financial and computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation
