Director Investment & Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Business development strategy aligned with projects objectives and market dynamics
• Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities including financial, legal, and technical assessments
• Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals including equity, debt, and joint ventures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to the investment development team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Focus on infrastructure or real estate investments
• Strong understanding of investment principles and project finance structures
• Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic (reading and writing)
