About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate existing relationships across key publisher organizations with a focus on premium streaming audio and CTV partnerships
- Build strategic business plans with key publisher partners to drive overall growth via transparent access, addressability, decisioning and bottom-line revenue
- Champion supply within the TTD marketplace, serving as a publisher subject-matter expert
- Drive adoption of clean supply initiatives, including SPO mechanics and IAB standards
- Support adoption of identity strategies and addressability, including Unified ID 2.0
- Lead contract negotiations with publisher partners
- Coordinate with Inventory Management and Technical Account Management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of programmatic experience in publisher business development
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Established relationships with decision-makers at top digital publishers
- Deep understanding of the sell side of digital advertising
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills
