About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with key publisher organizations, focusing on premium streaming audio and CTV partnerships.
- Build and execute business plans with publisher partners to drive growth through transparent access, addressability, and revenue optimization.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for supply within the marketplace, partnering with demand teams on go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive adoption of clean supply initiatives, SPO mechanics (such as OpenPath), and emerging IAB standards.
- Evangelize identity strategies and addressability solutions, including Unified ID 2.0.
- Lead contract negotiations with publisher partners across various initiatives.
- Coordinate with Inventory Management and Technical Account Management teams to ensure successful partnership growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of programmatic experience in publisher business development at a media company, SSP, or data company.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing both short-term and mid-term sales cycles.
- Established relationships with decision-makers at top digital publishers.
- Strong quantitative skills and expert negotiation abilities.
- Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
