About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a world-class Sales Engineering team across EMEA, APAC, and Japan
- Partner with International Sales Leadership to drive revenue and execute complex enterprise deals
- Develop and execute the Agentic AI International GTM strategy
- Lead executive-level technical engagements with CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors
- Navigate international market complexities including data residency, GDPR, and localization
- Enable and grow the international Channel organization
- Act as the voice of the international market to Product and Engineering teams
- Foster innovation and scalable processes across different time zones and cultures
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 12 years of customer-facing experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar roles
- Minimum 8 years of people management experience
- Proven track record of leading in international markets
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI, conversational AI, or AI-powered business applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience building relationships from C-Suite to IT Operations
