About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead global student recruitment strategies to drive sustainable enrolment outcomes across international markets
- Set the strategic direction for global competition, market presence, and regional expansion
- Oversee all international recruitment activities, including agent networks, partner networks, and onshore/offshore operations
- Ensure compliance with complex regulatory environments, including ESOS and international visa frameworks
- Manage significant budgets and large-scale operations to align recruitment with academic and institutional priorities
- Represent the University on the global stage to reinforce institutional reputation and contribute to sector dialogue
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification is essential
- Proven track record in international education and student recruitment
- Extensive strategic leadership experience in a complex, market-driven environment
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets
- Experience managing large-scale operations and global partner/agent networks
- Demonstrated ability to influence at high levels and navigate shifting regulatory landscapes
